Sway

To catch the sound of a tear

rolling down the weary face,

behold the shadow and the fear

weave and secretly interlace

Read not the word but the eye

beneath the hedge of the soul

behold the resonance of the cry

behind  the closing  door

The eyes meet and embrace

the beauty beyond-

the measure of the word

the adornment of the world

in  immaculate grace

when the light of the truth does shine,

the eye the sun shall catch

the hearts  in throb do match

inebriated

by love’s holy wine

lost in the realm of the heat

in rhythm they sway and beat
